2. An In-Home Design Consultation
We come to your home, take measurements, and walk through the space with you. This is where the project starts becoming real: what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’ve been wanting to fix for years. The conversation we have here shapes what design can do for the project.
3. The Design Phase With Fine Design Interiors
If you choose to move forward with design, we hand you off, without losing you, to our design partner, Fine Design Interiors. You work with their team on layout, selections, and the overall vision, with access to their showroom, take-home samples, and 3D renderings. We stay in the loop the whole time, joining meetings and walkthroughs to keep everything practical, buildable, and aligned with your budget. When design is done, their team passes the finalized drawings, selections, and specs back to us so the build is ready to go on day one.
4. A Fixed-Cost Proposal You Can Trust
Once design is finalized, we build out a detailed scope and a fixed-price proposal. The price we present is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no surprise change orders. From there, you decide whether to move into construction.
5. A Build With the Design as the Map
Construction starts with every layout, finish, and material already decided. We finalize schedules, order ahead, handle permits, and update you daily through the build. Because the plan is settled, the build can stay focused on craftsmanship instead of decisions.

What Homeowners Usually Want to Know Before Booking a Design Call
Design isn't one size fits all. We offer different tiers depending on the scope and level of detail your project needs. Basic design (best for simpler refreshes) covers an on-site consultation, layout guidance, and initial selections. Mid-level design (most common for remodels) adds space planning, full selections, and a vision or mood board. Full design (best for larger or more complex projects) adds detailed selections and 3D renderings so you can clearly see your space before we build it. Most design phases land between $2,500 and $4,000 depending on scope. If you move forward with us for construction, that cost is fully applied to your project.
No, design isn't required. We can move forward without it, especially on simpler projects. That said, most homeowners choose to go through design because it cuts surprises during construction, sharpens the budget, and makes the final result feel like the home they actually wanted, not a close approximation of it.

Most design phases take about 2 to 4 weeks from start to finish. Renderings are typically completed within 10 to 15 days, depending on the complexity of the space and how quickly selections are made. We pace it so you have time to think between decisions, not so much that the project drags.
Yes. The design is yours. If you decide not to build with us, you can take the plans, drawings, and selections with you and use them however you'd like. We've structured it that way on purpose. We'd rather earn your construction work than tie it to the design.
